Job Description
Hito Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Works Foreman for one of our clients. This is a long-term assignment (minimum duration of 1 year) on a prestigious luxury residential project. The selected professional will act as the clients on-site specialist for all electrical and low-current systems. Responsibilities include daily inspection and quality assurance of electrical installationscovering power distribution lighting smart home automation security systems and data infrastructureensuring they are safe reliable and seamlessly integrated into a luxury living environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Review all electrical drawings specifications and integration plans for home automation.

Inspect installation of conduits cable trays and electrical panels ensuring neatness and long-term serviceability.

Verify correct cable pulling glanding and termination for power and low-current systems.

Witness and validate key electrical testing including smart home features and security systems.

Ensure all works comply with national and international electrical codes and safety standards.

Promote and enforce electrical safety on site including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.

Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any non-compliant electrical or low-current work.

Report progress and technical issues directly to the Construction Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:

Technical High School Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Master Electrician certification.

Minimum of 10 years experience as an Electrical Foreman on large-scale residential or luxury hospitality projects.

Expert knowledge of LV systems electrical codes and site safety practices.

Proven experience with installation and commissioning of smart home and building automation systems.

Fluent English (mandatory).
