General Manager StretchLab Charlotte
Location: 9815 Rea Rd Charlotte NC 28211
Job Type: Full-Time On-Site
Compensation: $50000 base salary Monthly Bonus Uncapped Commission

Were opening a brand-new studio in Charlotteand were looking for a motivated people-first General Manager to launch lead and grow our member community.

What Youll Do
- Drive membership growth by making 50 outbound calls daily and converting leads into members
- Lead and inspire a team of sales associates and Flexologists (stretch specialists)
- Create an exceptional member experience that keeps clients coming back
- Implement proven sales and marketing strategies to hit monthly revenue goals
- Build relationships in the community by hosting and attending local events
- Partner with local businesses to generate referrals and brand awareness
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
What Were Looking For
Required:
- Sales experience in fitness wellness or membership-based services
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high-volume outreach
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience leading or managing a team in a client-facing environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- 3 years as a General Manager Studio Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with CRMs like ClubReady or MindBody
- Background in wellness fitness hospitality or customer experience industries

Schedule
- Full-time in-studio leadership role

- Some Saturday availability for events or studio coverage
