This is a long-term assignment (minimum duration of 1 year) on a prestigious luxury residential development. The selected professional will act as the clients primary representative holding overall responsibility for the successful initiation planning design execution monitoring controlling and handover of the project. Leading a multi-disciplinary team and managing relationships with main contractors and design firms the Project Manager will ensure delivery on time within budget and aligned with the companys vision for luxury living.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the overall Project Execution Plan covering scope budget schedule and risk management for a large-scale residential community.
Lead procurement and negotiation of major contracts with consultants main contractors and suppliers of premium materials.
Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders including senior management investors and future homeowners representatives.
Oversee the entire project budget approve major expenditures and manage financial performance.
Implement and enforce robust project governance and quality control processes aligned with a luxury brand.
Chair key project meetings and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership.
Manage project risks with emphasis on reputation quality and timely delivery.
Ensure strict compliance with all health safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
Lead the project teamincluding the Construction Manager and support stafffostering a culture of excellence and precision.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil or Architectural preferred) or Construction Management. MBA or Masters is a plus.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
Previous experience with CSI Format.
Minimum of 20 years experience managing large-scale high-end residential or luxury hospitality projects with significant client-side or contractor-side exposure.
Strong expertise in contract law procurement and project controls within a real estate development context.
Demonstrable experience managing multi-million-dollar project budgets.
Fluent English (mandatory).
Full Time
