You will be responsible for developing and leading marketing and lead generation strategy and ensure the quality and the effectiveness for all marketing activities to drive the audiological care business growth in China.

Marketing Strategy:
- Develop different customer segmentation for Retail channel with clear investment strategy to achieve sustainable sales growth
- Keep sharp market insight and maintain up-to-date information and understanding of market competitor and consumer/customers
- Take the full P&L accountability of marketing budget
Leads Generation:
- Define the lead generation strategy and implements an end-to-end process for qualification and lead generation.
- Create opportunities and increases demand together with the sales suppliers.
- Create a pipeline and leverages sales development resources to deliver outbound reach for agreed messages and calls to actions such as events and conferences.
- Establish and implements an outbound marketing campaign channel strategy based on business objectives and with a strong focus on the use of digital channels.
Product Management:
- Determine resource allocation for campaigns and product launches
- Oversee product management including marketing and customer research for market and product requirements
Brand Marketing
- Define and implement brand and communication strategies to drive business and brand growth. Responsible for brand operation planning formulate the overall brand development plan and brand promotion plan
- Measure evaluate and interpret the success of the communication measures implemented
- Organize and attend retail events to reinforce brand positioning in accordance with the Brand Strategy
Customer Engagement
- Develops and modifies customer experience policies and processes effect
- Analyzes key performance indicators and formulates appropriate measures regarding customer experience.
- Manages the identification and optimization of Sonovas touchpoints with consumers and customers.
- Supports developing user experience standards and a monitoring framework.
Team Management
- Build a strong marketing team and sustainable talent pipeline
More about you:
- Minimum bachelors degree from reputable university MBA preferred
- At least 10 years marketing experience in MNC retail industry with at least 5 years of management experience
- Strong strategic thinking analytical problem solver
- Strong resilience self-confident relationship builder with the flexibility and finesse to manage by influence
- Result driven and able to meet strict deadlines able to prioritize and multitask
- Reliable engaging and self-dependent
- Self-starter and strong entrepreneurial spirit enjoy creating and implementing new initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills
- Proven strong leadership in leading teams and change in a inspirational and effective way
- A motivating team-player not status or entitlement minded good listening skills
- Native in Mandarin and fluent English
