Develop annual micro marketing strategy given company/marketing/channel strategy.
Lead cross function team (RTM/ NRM/ RCM) to develop city master plan by region/city per city profile understanding.
Lead cross function team (RTM/ NRM/ RCM) to design program & develop KPI for micro marketing activity.
Lead cross function team (RTM/ NRM/ RCM) to achieve approved objective within the approved budget
Optimize the operation guideline to further drive the micro marketing excellence.
Develop SOP for successful program and share to other cities to drive micro marketing program effectiveness.
Micro Marketing Strategy Planning City Plan Development and Execution:
Develop annual micro marketing strategy given company/marketing/channel strategy.
Well understand the city profile in terms of market size channel structure sales performance past program learning Dulux brand awareness and consumer buying behavior key issue & opportunities etc.
Design the micro marketing program and set up the master plan per city profile understanding with NRM/RCM/RTM/ASM.
Develop KPI for each micro marketing activity as well city profitability analysis
Integrate branding/PR/training/channel team resources to invest micro marketing cities to expand micro marketing impact.
Work with regional trade marketing team and channel team on the field implementation and close monitor the performance
Continue to improve program effectiveness & attractiveness through post evaluation per each activity
Develop SOP for successful program and share to other cities to drive micro marketing program effectiveness.
Others
Optimize cross function team R&R for micro marketing and optimize micro marketing operation guideline to further drive the micro marketing excellence
Manage total investment (central TMKT A&P central channel BDF) for assigned micro marketing cities.
Monthly performance tracking and financial analysis to ensure sales performance on track and recommend corrective action plan.
Closely work with cross-functions and communicate to influence internal and external partners e.g. sales customer channel team PR branding training etc.
Support to other TMKT projects such as TPM quarterly promotion plan etc.
Bachelor degree above with business related majority. Minimum of 4-5 years brand marketing background in multi-national company.
Decent understanding to channels & customers and solid experience in trade marketing. Have micro-marketing experience would be more appreciated.
Have good business sense and strategic thinking. Be creative. Strong ownership.
He/she must have very good communication skill and influential skill as he/she needs to work with key customers many internal departments and external suppliers.
He/she should have strong cross-function project management skills
He/she must have a passion and enthusiasm to face different challenges and works under pressure.
Aggressive and initiative. Take ownership and leadership.
Good project management presentation communication & Inter-personal Skill
Can take frequent business travel
Fluent in oral and written English and skillful in MS office.
