About the role:
As a key leader in our Christchurch branch youll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of customer service representatives driving service excellence and ensuring our customers receive prompt professional and effective support every time.
What youll be doing:
- Leading and developing a high-performing customer service team
- Monitoring service levels and driving continuous improvement
- Handling escalations and resolving complex customer issues
- Collaborating with operations and sales to deliver great outcomes
- Reporting on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics
