Position Summary:
Entegris is looking for a Product Manager for our Medical Membrane franchise in the companys Life Science business unit. We expect that you will embrace the role of business owner providing strategy adding value and executing on growth to achieve success in the Medical and Laboratory Filtration product portfolio. Our ideal candidate will be able to focus on strategic objectives including understanding market dynamics and customer needs. This role will add value through portfolio management expanding medical membrane into a global franchise road mapping for new R&D programs business and market planning including aligning your business objectives to the Entegris one Life Science strategy. Your expertise in local Medical Membrane customers and market positioning and taking market share Go To Market activities and new product introduction will contribute to achieving the business growth targets. We expect that youll collaborate share and be ready to learn in a team that embraces cross functionality and an entrepreneurial spirit backed by the resources of a leading global world class purification organization. This role will be based in HangZhou China
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Product Manager will be to lead and grow a successful Life Science business in medical membrane market and be recognized internally and externally as the business owner. We expect that you will develop local strategy for take market share and global strategy with Go To Market plans road maps and a comprehensive portfolio.
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
Define and execute the global product roadmap for medical filters medical filtration membrane lab filter and related consumables (e.g. syringe filters membrane filters environmental monitoring membrane).
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to discontinuation ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
Partner with R&D engineering and operation teams to drive new product development (NPD)
Commercial Execution
Work with commercial team (Sales FAE CO) and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Develop product training materials technical documentation and sales tools to enable global commercial teams.
Monitor product performance analyze sales data and recommend actions to optimize profitability and market share.
Conduct market research to identify trends unmet needs and competitive landscapes in infusion IVD Environmental monitoring and laboratory applications.
Operational improvement
Address quality issues and lead risk assessments in collaboration with quality teams.
Lead cost efficiency improvement projects to meet profit margin goals.
Achieve DOH target through FG SFG and RM management requires sales forecast demand management and manufacturing team alignment.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Life Sciences Chemistry or Business; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
5 years experience in product management preferably in medical laboratory equipment or filtration technologies.
Proven track record in launching and managing regulated products.
Strong technical understanding of filtration mechanisms (e.g. ultrafiltration sterile filtration) and materials (e.g. PES PVDF Nylon MCE).
Proficiency in market analysis tools (e.g. SWOT Porters Five Forces) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
Excellent communication skills for engaging with scientific and commercial stakeholders.
Languages: Fluency in English
