HR Services Intern- Your future position
As an HR services Intern you will provide daily service support as part of the HR Services team focusing on employee administration in the HR systems.
Based in Budapest Hungary you will report directly to the HR Services Manager Europe & SAMEA.
Your main responsibilities:
Work together with HR advisors to support administrative activities related to the employee life cycle from Onboarding through changes to Termination
Contribute to master data maintenance and data cleanup activities in the HR systems
Send out reminders and follow up on pending activities
Easy case handling and case dispatch
Reporting tasks
You have:
Ongoing college or University studies for at least 1 year (preferably in related field)
Fluent English
You can work minimum 20 hours/week
Technical skills as you will work with several systems (Success Factors Service Now Document Generator PeopleDoc)
Basic excel knowledge and interest in reporting
Committed to producing high-quality and precise results
