Growth Marketer
Location: Remote (LATAM preferred - Focus on LATAM - open WW)
Compensation: $2000 $3000/month USD

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week (EST) starting end September/ October
About the Role
Were seeking a talented Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition and customer retention through paid media automation and funnel optimization. This is a unique opportunity to help scale a youth soccer coaching platform during a high-growth phase making a lasting impact on families and communities.
A genuine love for football (or soccer as its known in the U.S.) is essential to thrive in this role.

Our client is a growing youth sports organization offering high-quality small-group coaching clinics for children aged 512. Backed by private equity the company is expanding its footprint and investing heavily in scalable marketing systems to support rapid growth.
What Youll Do
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
- Write compelling ad copy and develop creative strategies to drive conversions
- Own the development of automated email and SMS campaigns to nurture leads
- Partner with leadership on CRM strategy and campaign deployment (Go High Level)
- Lead the creation and optimization of high-performing landing pages
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
- 3 years in performance/growth marketing with hands-on Google & Meta ad experience
- Experience using marketing automation tools and CRMs
- Copywriting skills for ads email and landing pages
- Strong analytical mindset to measure and iterate on campaign performance
- A deep appreciation for football (soccer) and its positive impact on youth
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background or interest in youth sports or coaching
- Familiarity with AI tools to support creative development
- Experience working with Go High Level or similar CRMs
Success Metrics
- Increased monthly lead volume from paid channels
- Improved conversion rates across landing pages and funnels
- Strong engagement and retention metrics from email/SMS campaigns
- Efficient ROAS across advertising platforms
