Job Description
Job Purpose
You will work within the Composite team maintaining product flow throughout the department by supporting multiple areas including but not exclusive to:
Mould and tooling maintenance
Demould and Mould Preparation
Autoclave and Oven curing
Kit cutting and material control
Principle Responsibilities
Work using approved and documented methods
Ensure all health and safety principles are adhered to
Identifying / implementing efficiency gains.
Reporting of issues to team leader/composite manager and or supervisors
Experience Knowledge & Skills
Experience in all composite operations
Use of work instructions
The ability to work and learn in a production environment
Good understanding of English language
Demoulding and Preparation
Autoclave loading and unloading
Experience with Composite kit cutting machinery
Material handling
Adheres to standards and maintains documentation
Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels
