Job Description
We are looking for aLead Data Architect who has experience in solution planning and system architecture designin leading DW/BI initiatives onAzure and/or Snowflakeplatforms.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable data warehouse and business intelligence solutions with a strong emphasis onstatistical and advanced analytics. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensuredata integrity and consistencyacross systems.
Insurance domain expertise is mandatory in Commercial/Speciality Insurance
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead engagements across all phasesfrom problem definition and diagnosis to solution design development and deployment.
- Create detailed design and architecture and process artifacts implement the solution and the deployment plan.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders providing thought leadership in domain process and technology.
- Diagnose complex issues design innovative solutions and ensure successful delivery to drive client satisfaction.
- Conduct product demos proof-of-concept workshops and prepare effort estimates aligned with client budgets.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in data architecture including 5 years as a Lead Data Architect.
- Strong domain knowledge inInsurance. (Commercial/Speciality Insurance)
- Hands-on expertise in
- Azure Data Factory ADLS Snowflake
- Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience inat least oneof these technologies.
- Preferred: Experience inmore than oneis a strong advantage.
- Kafka Power BI Confluent Cloud Microsoft Fabric
- Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience inat least oneof these technologies.
- Preferred: Experience inmultipleis a plus.
- Python/PySpark MSBI (SSIS)
- Preferred: Good understanding or experience inanyof these technologies.
- SQL Scripting and Data Lakes
- Mandatory: Strong proficiency in SQL and in-depth knowledge of Data Lakes.
- Deep understanding of:
- Data modeling and data product concepts
- DW/BI/AI solution architecture
- Agile methodologies
- Experience in:
- Leading business process workshops and Fit-Gap analysis
- Client interfacing and stakeholder management
- Project and team leadership
- Ability to work inhighly regulated environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
