You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Financials Consultant to support our ERP environment through implementation optimization and post-go-live support. The consultant will work closely with Finance and IT leadership to align business processes with Epicor Kinetic s financial modules ensure compliance streamline reporting and improve overall system efficiency.
Lead the implementation configuration and optimization of Epicor Kinetic Financials modules (GL AP AR Fixed Assets Bank Reconciliation Cash Management and Financial Reporting).
Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to analyze current workflows and recommend best practices within Kinetic.
Support month-end quarter-end and year-end closing activities through system validation and process improvements.
Create test and deploy financial reports and dashboards using SSRS EDD and Kinetic reporting tools.
Configure multi-company and multi-currency settings as needed to support global operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve financial-related ERP issues collaborating with IT and Epicor Support when necessary.
Provide end-user training and documentation for Finance Accounting and Audit teams.
Assist with data migration and validation for financial modules.
Support integration with third-party systems (e.g. payroll banking tax software BI tools).
Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal audit requirements through system controls.
5 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (E10/Kinetic) specifically within Financials.
Proven experience leading or supporting Epicor Kinetic Financials implementations or upgrades.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial processes.
Proficiency in reporting tools: SSRS EDD BAQs and Epicor dashboards.
Experience with multi-entity multi-currency and consolidations within Epicor.
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Ability to document processes and deliver user training sessions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Epicor Integrations (e.g. Avalara DocStar Adaptive Insights Power BI).
Background in manufacturing or distribution finance environments.
Previous consulting or contract project experience.
This project will start out part-time and move to full time as projects progress. Must be able to travel as needed to client sites.
Full-time
