Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator (Remote - Lebanon/Syria)
Type: Full-time
Location: Fully Remote (Lebanon and Syria based)

Position Overview

We seek a technically proficient Customer Support Coordinator to serve as primary liaison for global telecom clients ensuring rapid resolution of complex technical issues while enhancing customer satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Tasks

Technical Support Delivery

  • Provide Tier 1 support via phone/email/chat for server/network/software issues
  • Troubleshoot DNS SSL FTP and network protocol configurations
  • Guide customers through technical solutions and system installations

Incident Management

  • Document all interactions in CRM systems with technical accuracy
  • Escalate unresolved issues with comprehensive diagnostics
  • Maintain proactive customer communication during resolution cycles

Process Improvement

  • Contribute to knowledge base development and internal documentation
  • Identify service improvement opportunities through trend analysis
  • Participate in workflow optimization initiatives

Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelors in IT Telecom or Computer Science
  • 2 years technical support experience (telecom/IT infrastructure)
  • Technical proficiency:
  • Network protocols (DNS/SSL/FTP)
  • CRM platforms
  • Remote support tools
  • Fluent English (verbal/written)
  • Lebanon-based remote setup

Preferred Attributes

  • Certifications: CCNA CompTIA Network
  • Experience with telecom systems (VoIP 5G SD-WAN)
  • Arabic language proficiency
  • Flexibility for occasional off-hours support
