Job Opening: Electrician
Location: Ashland VA
Position Overview
Our client is seeking skilled Electricians to support the installation maintenance and repair of electrical systems for solar energy projects. This role spans residential commercial and utility-scale work ensuring all electrical systems meet strict safety standards codes and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities-
Install electrical systems for solar projects (residential commercial utility-scale)

Maintain and repair inverters panels and wiring

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently

Ensure compliance with electrical codes safety protocols and company standards

Interpret electrical schematics drawings and blueprints

Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to meet deadlines

Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Valid electrician license or certification (required)

Minimum 2 years of professional electrician experience

Prior solar/renewable energy experience preferred (not required)

Strong knowledge of electrical systems wiring and components

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
