Responsibilities
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Electrician to join our this role you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing electrical systems in high-rise commercial environments. If youre passionate about safety problem-solving and working with your hands wed love to hear from you. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Install and maintain electrical wiring systems and fixtures.
- Oversee fire alarm system and associated systems.
- Manage emergency generator system and associated systems.
- Inspect electrical components and troubleshooting issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Collaborate with contractors and other team members on projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred.
Valid electrician license or certification (as required by local regulations).
Proven experience in residential commercial or industrial electrical work.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Building automation system experience preferred.
Experience in fire alarm systems and testing protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to work in various environments and conditions.
- Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Will require evening weekend or on-call shifts.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
