Job Description
Electrical Supervisor FIFO 2:1 Roster
Rate: $95/hr flat
Start: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a 1012 week contract on a 2:1 FIFO roster commencing immediately.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for supervising an Electrical team ensuring work is carried out safely on schedule and to the required quality standards. Duties will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day site activities.
- Monitoring safety compliance.
- Tracking progress against project timelines.
- Managing quality control processes including signing off on ITPs.
Scope of Work
- Supervision of electrical installation activities.
- Coordination with site management to ensure work fronts are ready.
- Verification of electrical testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensuring compliance with all site safety protocols.
- Liaising with subcontractor supervisors to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitoring and reporting on progress productivity and quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor role.
- Current electrical trade qualifications/licence.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple crews.
- Strong understanding of safety and quality requirements in mining/construction environments.
- Ability to mobilise immediately.
