Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team. The role involves delivering advanced physiotherapy services supporting clinical excellence and supervising junior staff and students within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients within a relevant clinical setting.

Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.

Act as a clinical leader supporting and supervising junior physiotherapists support staff and students.

Contribute to service development and implementation of best practices.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
-
Participate in continuing professional development and training programs.
Primary Skills:
-
Degree in a relevant therapy profession.
-
Registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
-
Evidence of comprehensive clinical experience in physiotherapy.

Strong ability to assess diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
-
Masters degree or equivalent (or currently working towards it).

Completion of a Clinical Educators Course.

Experience in supervision and mentoring of staff and students.

Evidence of CPD maintained in a portfolio including attendance at recent and relevant postgraduate courses.
Qualifications:

Degree in Physiotherapy (or related therapy profession).

Registered with HCPC.

Postgraduate qualifications and evidence of ongoing CPD desirable.
