What Youll Be Doing
- Communicating effortlessly in Farsi and English (both written and spoken) to support our clients across phone chat and email.
- Managing and responding to incoming inquiries from new leads and existing clients promptly and professionally.
- Understanding client needs providing tailored solutions and ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Keeping our CRM up to date with detailed notes and records of all interactions.
- Collaborating with different departments to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary.
- Following up with clients to close the loop and ensure a smooth experience.
- Working both independently and as part of a supportive multinational team.
- Maintaining excellence by following established processes while adding your own personal touch.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role financial services or Forex background is a big plus.
- Professionally fluent Persian (C1 level) and excellent English (C1 level).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Great listener with strong phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning afternoon night).
