Whats needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or Business Administration
- 4 years of IT and/or business experience or any equivalent combination of experience education and/or training
- Able to co-ordinate activities across onshore/offshore plan and participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and drive for results.
- Function as a key member of the team with capabilities of a Business Analyst.
- Great SQL/Database skills ability to analyze data issues using DB queries etc.
- Understands Technology systems & applications integration SDLC and Agile principles
- Effective participant of requirement gathering and analysis prototyping deployments and release planning/execution
- Effectively and efficiently work with team leadership and direct team with the ability to deliver on time with minimal supervision
- Effective Communication (verbal written)
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- 6 years of relevant experience
- AWS Cloud
- Agile Scrum
