Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and understand process automation requirements.

Build scalable efficient and reusable automation scripts to streamline business processes.

Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing RPA solutions to ensure high performance.
-
Maintain proper documentation of process designs solution architecture and technical specifications.
-
Ensure compliance with security data protection and IT governance standards in automation workflows.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications.

Provide technical guidance mentorship and best practices for automation to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
5 years of experience in RPA development with hands-on expertise in UiPath and Power Automate.

Strong proficiency in automation design process mapping and workflow development.
-
Knowledge of APIs SQL queries and system integrations.
-
Experience with AI/ML-powered automation and OCR tools is an added advantage.

Good understanding of SDLC Agile methodology and CI/CD practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
