Salesforce FSL Business Analyst
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Field Service certification preferred and working knowledge in mandatory
sales service certifications required
Ability to define the system landscape to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a CRM solution
working knowledge in data migration and integration
Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead work-stream lead etc)
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute quick POC
Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Field Service (FSL)
Hands on work on the existing salesforce implementation
Lead defining and practical business solutions based on technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions
Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs
Perform routine administration functions for
Create documentation (e.g. training communications release notes user stories test scripts process flows) associated with Saleforce projects
Actively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UAT
Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders
Onsite-offshore co-ordination
Report regular progress on projects
Testing and training strategies
