Job Description
- BS in Engineering required Mechanical or Electrical preferred
- Experience in hardware engineering or program management
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles
- Knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes
- Rapidly gets up to speed with new technology and ideas
- Good understanding of technology and the consumer electronics industry
- Demonstrates creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Able to generate clear and accurate visualizations of quantitative data
- Excellent oral and written communication active listening and presentation skills
- Equally comfortable in big-picture strategy and deep technical discussions
- Able to comprehend communicate and manage complex design tradeoff decisions with superior attention to detail
- Works collaboratively builds trust with other teams and able to influence others without authority
