Job Description: Associate Territory Manager - Las Vegas
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers within the assigned territory.
- Drive sales growth by effectively promoting products and services ensuring alignment with company strategies.
- Understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs with the company s offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide education to medical staff regarding product advantages and enhancements.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions to customers.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports to monitor progress against targets.
- Provide customer feedback to the product development teams to help shape future innovations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare sector.
- Bachelor s degree in business life sciences or a related field.
- Ability to travel 75% or more.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in outside sales and a strong desire to get into the healthcare or medical technology sector are preferred.
- Experience in territory management and knowledge of the medical devices market.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and driving sales results.
- The annual salary for the Associate Territory Manager position will be competitive and commensurate with experience within the range offered in the medical technology field.
