Job Description
- At least 15 years of professional experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) with demonstrated EHS management experience.
- BA/BS in Environment Health Safety Industrial Hygiene or related Engineering field.
- Proven people manager who builds capabilities of individuals and teams through effective employee development involvement communication and coaching.
- Ability to travel 10-15%
- MS in Environment Health Safety Industrial Hygiene or Engineering field.
- Nationally recognized professional credentials preferred (i.e. Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Professional Engineer (PE)) In-depth knowledge of California regulations EHS standards and best practices.
- Experience in adapting to challenges providing support and guiding communications.
- Strong leadership voice with skills in communication organization presentations and project management.
- Ability to build and maintain cross-functional partnerships and influence others.
- Experience supporting research and development (R&D) labs.
- Ability to handle confidential information discretely.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
