Job Description
Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a Chief Operating Officer for our senior living communities. The COO will play a major leadership role as Claiborne Senior Living continues to grow in number and stature implementing innovative methods to create community and building a culture of this role you will be a member of the organizations Executive Team and will lead the strategic direction and manage the performance of multiple affiliated business units.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Embody the companys core values and live the culture.
- Drive the companys operating capabilities to surpass financial targets improve customer satisfaction and retention and achieve company goals.
- Develop and implement actionable business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO/President
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers clients partners and stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional track record of leadership
- Superior project management skills
- Resourceful and analytical with exceptional communication skills
- Outstanding public speaking and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making
- Understanding of analytics and performance metrics
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
- New development/pre-opening experience a plus
- BS/BA in Business or relevant field MS/MBA is a plus
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in senior living that includes progressive demonstrated leadership
- Ability to travel 25% and as needed.
