8 years in Senior Leadership roles within FMCG and Retail
Bachelors Degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus
Experience managing Sales Operations and Finance across product-based businesses
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Comfortable operating within founder-led fast-growing environments
