Job Description
Job Opportunity: Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology
Join a leading health system in southeastern New Jersey as the Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology. The facility is dedicated to innovation excellence and compassionate care. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee clinical academic and administrative operations for the ENT department.
- Deliver personalized high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care.
- Drive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using advanced robotic platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers.
- Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with educational institutions.
- Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities.
- Cultivate a skilled diverse surgical team with a commitment to workforce development.
- Participate in a shared call schedule supported by advanced practice providers and hospitalist teams.
Qualifications:
- Currently Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology at the time of application.
- Prior clinical experience beyond training is required.
- Not open to new graduates or Advanced Practice Providers.
- Not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted NJ medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Board Certified in ENT BLS ACLS DEA CSR/CDS certifications required.
- Malpractice history disclosure is necessary prior to client presentation.
