Job Opportunity: Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership for the growing ENT division in line with strategic goals.
• Oversee clinical academic and administrative operations within the ENT department.
• Deliver high-quality patient care focusing on minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance interdisciplinary cancer care.
• Implement innovative clinical practices utilizing advanced surgical technologies.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers.
• Develop research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University.
• Engage in community outreach to improve healthcare access and minimize disparities.
• Drive workforce development to cultivate a skilled and diverse surgical team.
• Participate in a shared call schedule supported by hospitalist teams.

Qualifications:

• Currently Board Eligible or Board Certified in ENT.
• Prior clinical experience beyond training is required.
• Must not be a new graduate or newly finished fellow.
• No locum tenens or contract candidates accepted.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• DEA and CSR/CDS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Disclose malpractice history with documentation.
• Proof of COVID and Flu vaccination compliance.
