Please be advised that candidates must possess a minimum of two years experience in one of the following roles: Assistant General Manager or Front Office Manager. Unfortunately we will not be able to respond to applications that do not meet this requirement.
Directly supervises all front office personnel andensures proper completion of all front office duties. Directs and coordinatesthe activities of the guest services and prepares reports daily weeklyreports for General Manager.
Essential Functions
1. This position requires weekends
2. Trains cross trains and retrains all front office personnel
3. Participates in the selection of front office personnel
4. Supervises workload during shifts
5. Maintains master key control
6. Resolves guest concerns quickly efficiently and courteously
7. Receives information from the previous shifts and passes on pertinentdetails to the general manager
8. Checks and verifies banks and deposits from all shifts
9. Conducts regularly scheduled meetings of front office personnel
10. Monitor high balance guest and take appropriate action
11. Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules
12. Assist general manager on all requests and monitors hotel in generalmanager absence
13. Cover shifts on call offs including Night audit
14. Minimum hours per 50

Work Environment
this job operates in a hotel / public environment. This role routinely uses standard equipmentOzone machine fire panel calculator scanner computer systems phones chipreader (credit card machine) micros point of sale system laptop vacuum mopbucket and fire extinguisher.
