Job Description

About the Role

As the Director of North America Sales you will develop and execute regional strategy to achieve growth targets and sales objectives. Assess and understand the needs of sales leaders and oversee the implementation of regional business strategies. Work closely with other departments to create business building tools training and support materials and other programs that drive distributor growth and retention. Manage train and mentor a team of Sales Managers to ensure excellent support for sales leaders. Travel within the region to foster alignment with sales leaders around corporate initiatives provide training and promote the business opportunity to potential distributors. Perform other duties as required.

What Youll Do

  • Participate in development of Regional Sales Strategy including Revenue/Expense forecasts and budgets
  • Analyze competitive and program data; identify gaps and recommend solutions that drive/support Regional Strategy
  • Participate in the design of new programs and tools to support Distributor Sales
  • Develop implementation plans for new program/tools including tactical support of marketing programs and materials promotions product launches.
  • Execute implementation plans that support marketing programs and materials promotions product launches; identify most effective communication channels and develop content to best support leaders
  • Facilitate communications of new programs/tools between internal teams and Distributors.
  • Develop content and messaging for Distributor meetings and events
  • Train sales leaders on corporate initiatives strategy success drivers etc. Coordinate with key sales leaders in regional goal setting. Lead and present material at Distributor meetings and events
  • Manage a Sales Team of Sales Managers including distribution and review of workload/accounts train on policy and process coach and mentor performance reviews disciplinary action problem resolution identify and share best practices leadership development improve and refine processes optimize support to sales leaders.

What Youll Need

  • B.S or B.A
  • 8-12 years of work experience in sales
  • 5-8 years of Management and Leadership experience
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and make decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional teaching training and motivation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • In-depth understanding of representative-oriented functions/services
  • General understanding of direct selling industry as it applies to Nu Skin/Pharmanex and competitors
  • Ability to travel extensively
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
