Please note: The position will be based in our LEGO Sales Office in Grasbrunn close to Munich and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.
Core Responsibilities
Lead traction on retailers stock parameters together for example in stock weeks of cover retail closing stock
Provide clear information updates on stock health towards your sales colleagues as well as customers
Manage & monitor stock metrics for our vendor-managed inventory (VMI) customers and strengthen cooperation between all collaborators in this process
Work together with sales customer service and customers to put in place the right corrective actions to close gaps to stock metrics
Drive structural customer operational meetings with key accounts
Work together with customers to increase data coverage and ensure high quality data
Provide input towards business management meetings to facilitate management decisions with an impact on retail stock
Provide sparring towards sales colleagues and customers on acquiring the right order mix
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will join the market Operations team in Europe Central. Its purpose is to make sure that our consumers can find the right products at retailers and that the processes around it happen in the most efficient way. As Inventory Manager you will bring value in prioritizing an accurate product mix at retailers which will lead to an efficient distribution of LEGO products in the market to facilitate getting them in the hands of the shoppers and consumers.
Do you have what it takes
Strong Analytics skills with the ability to analyze data from multiple sources and resolve a most likely outcome
A good understanding of supply chain operations within a retail environment ideally in a multinational company
Extensive experience in retail inventory management
Skilled in collaborator management
Takes initiative and pro-actively looks for opportunities to improve how we work
Able to tackle problems multi task and prioritize
Fluent English & German both written and verbal
