The role

The NSW GovernmentsPre-Sale Finance Guarantee program is a bold new initiative designed to unlock housing supply by helping developers overcome financing barriers and progress viable residential projects. As part of a team being built from the ground up within the Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact program from day one.

Were looking for a Manager Portfolio Management who brings strong analytical skills property sector insight and a collaborative mindset. Youll play an integral role in assessing applications analysing developer portfolios and supporting evidence-based decisions that shape which projects move forward. Youll also work closely with legal and valuation service providers contribute to reporting and communication materials and help refine operational procedures that support program delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in valuation credit assessment or residential development to apply their expertise in a meaningful waysupporting credible projects and helping accelerate housing delivery across NSW.
