What to Expect
The Sr. Manager Dealer and Field Operations is key for driving operational excellence issue resolution and facilitating collaboration between Sales Dealers and internal departments to maximize business performance and dealer satisfaction. This role is responsible for identifying and resolving opportunities to improve dealer satisfaction/experience with products programs tools and services addition this role will be responsible for compliance and audit oversight dealer survey management and support Field Sales initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness while working closely with Sales Analytics Training Marketing IT and Operations teams.
What You Will Do
1. Operational Activity
Act as point person for all Operations functions to represent the field and dealers on any projects related to performance systems enhancements processes etc.
Own on-going tracking and monitoring of projects and collaborations with key stakeholders across the company.
Collaborate with internal departments such as credit collections product management and customer service to streamline operations and support overall business objectives.
Proactively identify operational challenges faced by field sales and dealers coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and escalate as appropriate.
Oversee Dealer Enrollment and onboarding for sales activity.
2. Dealer Management
Identify tactical and strategic dealer satisfaction improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence.
Manage field and dealer communications by establishing cross-functional relationships at all levels across the company to ensure coordinated and timely changes are communicated.
Manage external survey calendars partner with IT on survey result consolidation and reporting.
Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders on how to improve HCAs services based on external survey results.
Manage develop drive strategies and implementations for a successful Voice of the Dealer (VOD) program.
Determine and execute cadence and forums for sharing VOD results and reinforce drivers for dealer experience while providing actionable recommendations.
Review feedback on dealer satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction and identify root causes.
Ensure action items are addressed communicated and implemented in a timely manner.
3. Vendor Management
Work with 3rd party vendors to implement branded lease contracts and eContracting.
Work with 3rd party survey vendors annually to manage survey participation and results.
4. Lead mentor and develop team members by providing direction feedback and support to ensure effective collaboration professional growth and achievement of organizational goals.
What You Will Bring
Minimum 8 years progressive experience including working in a field sales environment.
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
Captive lending experience preferred.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field.
MBA preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills.
Proven excellence in relationship management skills and working with field sales teams.
Excellent project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead team collaboration efforts to ensure timely and high-quality completion of assigned deliverables.
Strong PC skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to think critically and analytically to solve complex problems and drive results.
Ability to lead mentor develop team members to achieve business goals.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting standing and walking and using a computer. Work is performed in an office environment.
