Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

TIVDAK (tisotumab -tftv) is a treatment for patients with recurrent/metastatic cervical cancer that received full FDA approval in April 2024 and launched with our co-promote partner Genmab. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a fast-paced co-promote with a high performing team and to support patients with advanced cervical cancer.

The HCP Marketing Director is responsible for creating and developing a full promotional strategy and related tactics for TIVDAK. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to identify tactics that advance our business objectives. This role is responsible for optimizing marketing mix asset development and strategic deployment across channels.

As TIVDAK is co-commercialized with Genmab in the United States the US HCP Marketing Director is responsible for leading all promotional activities and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams including co-promote partner. Pfizer owns all marketing responsibilities within the US for TIVDAK.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as Promotional lead for the marketing team and for both companies as Pfizer leads all marketing responsibilities in the US for Tivdak.
  • Work with cross-functional partners within Pfizer and Genmab to ensure alignment on strategy budget and execution plans.
  • Advance key brand messaging and objection handling in response to field feedback and incorporate early in-market learnings.
  • Lead peer to peer strategy and execution to drive product activation and ensure optimized investment across these tactics.
  • Strategically deploy and manage Clinical Nurse Educator Team to educate on unique aspects of TIVDAK patient management and adverse reaction mitigation.
  • Serve as lead for Field Insights Team (FIT) a task force of select Sales Representatives who serve to provide critical insights to the Marketing team.
  • Lead TIVDAK RC Team strategically to advance all business initiatives
  • Manage relationship with Agency of Record to ensure contractual agreement is adhered to and that all financial and staffing aspects are in line.
  • Serve as tactical/OPEX planning lead for the brand ensuring brand achieves OPEX metrics.
  • Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies with a strong adherence to our Values including compliance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

  • Bachelors degree and 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required or Masters degree and 7 years of experience or Ph.D./PharmD and 5 years of experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with varied internal stakeholders to improve business performance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage advertising and other agencies to produce communications that impact business performance
  • Solid business acumen and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences including senior management.
  • Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; creative.
  • Experience with product positioning and branding is required.
  • Strong written verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively both one-on-one and in groups.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead and influence an indirect team
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver results on multiple complex competing projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Must be driven by success and able to organize multiple projects over time.

  • Advanced degree

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
