The Role
You will own Sprintos Mid-Market partner motion across the EU & UK building a scalable network of consulting and channel partners that drive joint pipeline and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships youll craft and execute GTM plays equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need and ensure our partner ecosystem consistently exceeds its targets.

1. Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify qualify and recruit new Mid-Marketfocused partners (consulting firms MSPs/MSSPs channel partners) across EU & UK every quarter.
Drive seamless onboarding: coordinate legal enablement training co-marketing kick-off.
2. Partner Enablement & Co-Selling
Develop and deliver enablement content (offerings and joint value proposition decks joint business plans).
Co-lead sales engagements with the Sales teams; attend partner customer calls.
