Teracloud Egypt is the latest addition to our global presence joining a team of 300 employees across seven countries. We are building a world-class R&D hub in Cairo and are looking for exceptional talent to join our journey.
The Role
Were hiring a Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing engineering team. Youll play a key role in developing powerful web applications that support energy professionals in simulating and optimizing complex energy systems.
This role requires high attention to detail autonomy and collaboration. You will work closely with product owners UX designers and backend developers in an agile environment contributing to global product development.
Responsibilities
- Build interactive and responsive web interfaces for energy simulation and monitoring tools
- Implement modern UI components using any frontend framework
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate user needs into intuitive user experiences
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Participate in code reviews testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Identify and address usability accessibility and performance issues
- Work directly with global stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on design decisions
- Will use modern frontend libraries like shadcn/ui and tailwindcss
Basic Qualifications
- 4 years of hands-on JavaScript experience
- 3 years working with frontend framework on production systems
- Strong understanding of responsive design and CSS media queries
- Experience with REST API integration
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Bonus: experience with for scripting
- Knowledge of shadcn/ui and tailwindcss is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Proven delivery of complex frontend applications to production environments
