YOUR ROLE
Your role is dedicated to the TV Licensing (TVL) account and is focused on delivering high volume creative production services across large/cross channel; data print and digital projects and campaigns. Deliverables will include but wont be limited to; emails banners social DM content brand assets photography web pages (front end).
THE OPPORTUNITY
Youll get to work on one of the largest accounts in the agency BBC TV Licensing that provides funding for the BBC to make amazing content from TV and radio shows to Bitesize and podcasts
Part of the accounts uniqueness is that the BBC has outsourced its whole marketing function to RAPP. So not only do we get to lead the marketing objectives and strategy that drive real behaviour change. But we also manage the implementation of that strategy all the way through to selecting the data / briefing the media agency to delivering the creative (across multiple channels) and analysing performance.
Youll be joining a large (50 people) group of talented and supportive team members dedicated to TVL plus the wider agency creative teams. Oh and weve won quite a few awards for our work too!
Data insights and performance is at the heart of what we do and youll be working across data strategy including segmentation UX Customer Experience strategy loyalty and creative. TVL is a fantastic account to learn or hone your skills in delivering effective end-to-end customer journeys.
Youll get monthly one-to-one monthly with your manager just to talk about your objectives and how you are continually developing.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for directing and managing the day-to-day agency efforts on assigned projects ensuring successful project completion against deadlines
Adhere to and champion the agencys and TV Licensings stringent delivery processes
Manage the creation of campaign assets from initial brief response
Maintain project status through regular liaison with clients client services creative strategy and technical teams educating and managing expectations throughout
Regularly update internal and external stakeholders (all levels) on project status
Report on project success criteria and measuring results
Develop workable budgets project scopes and realistic timetables
Review analyse and evaluate all assigned creative internal agency and assigned new business projects relative to the clients needs and objectives
Define project scope and create timing plans
Own and manage the set-up of workflows for each project on TVLs workflow management tool
Manage out of scope requests initiating additional estimates and approvals
Proactively drive projects to final stages of completion
Prepare production briefing documentation for all DM and email activity.
Familiarise with print and email output file structures and data fields to ensure correct data outputs on all comms
Lead on proofing clinics with clients and third parties
Liaise with a Welsh translation agency for proofing and approvals all Welsh bi-lingual comms
Monitor all internal and external budget and production activity on assigned projects
Work with the finance and account team to complete weekly revenue reconciliation reports for projects supported by weekly burn charts
Actively monitor briefs to advise and plan around resource clashes and client priorities
Develop a viewpoint across the TVL account and be commercially mindful
Ensure creative work only leaves the agency at the required and with the correct approvals
Track latest marketing trends and analysing digital behaviour
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Proven experience of effectively managing projects (large & small / online & offline) from initial brief through to final delivery
Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
Adept at building strong relationships at all levels and able to manage multiple stakeholders
Commercially minded and capable of identifying business opportunities and growth opportunities
Creative flair innovative approach and problem-solving mentality
Evidence of working with content management systems and project management methodologies
