As an Account Manager youll play a hybrid role of farmer (retaining and nurturing existing customers) and hunter (driving growth by identifying upsell cross-sell and new business opportunities). Youll be responsible for owning the full post-sales cycle from onboarding new customers to ensuring their long-term success and revenue growth.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Onboarding & Adoption Lead the onboarding process for new customers after the AE handover ensuring a smooth technical setup and strong product adoption from day one.
Manage and Grow Accounts Be the main point of contact for your customer portfolio and drive long-term satisfaction.
Upselling & Cross-selling Proactively identify ways to expand the use of Mapon solutions increasing account revenue.
Hunt for New Business Within Existing Accounts Map decision makers build relationships with other departments and explore untapped opportunities.
Account Reviews & Forecasting Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and maintain strong pipeline visibility.
Churn Prevention Detect early warning signs of dissatisfaction and address them before they become critical.
Cross-team Collaboration Work closely with SDRs AEs Support and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Be a Trusted Advisor Position Mapon as a strategic partner by understanding customer needs and industry challenges.
Experience in Account Management Customer Success or Sales with a strong commercial mindset.
Proven track record of leading onboarding processes and ensuring high adoption rates.
Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts with a focus on growth and retention.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Confident communicator both written and verbal.
Fluent Spanish (C1) and good English (B2) required for daily communication.
Experience in SaaS B2B sales fleet management or telematics will be highly valued.
