The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Assistant Director of Day Treatment Program is a clinical role which is responsible for providing program supervision to Licensed Therapists Case Managers Group Services Coordinator and other assigned staff. The Assistant Director will oversee and manage the day-to-day functioning of therapeutic services including clinical staff and programmatic issues pertaining to the operation of NewPath Day Treatment Program.

What youll be doing:
- Directly oversee and supervise Therapists Case Managers and Group Services Coordinator in Day Programs.
- Clinical leader and active member of the program leadership team facilitating professional development within the Department.
- Provide clinical consultation and corrective feedback for treatment planning.
- Assess and implement appropriate levels of care for clients.
- Coordinate with family members and other treatment providers to ensure holistic care.
- Establish current and long-range goals plans and procedures for program areas in alignment with organizational goals and mission.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations affecting the school and clinical services.
- Ensure that all client documentation is current and complete.
- Ensure clients are served at the appropriate level of care and receiving all necessary resources and support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualifications include a Masters Degree in Social Work Counseling or other related field.
- Independent License (LISW or LPCC) and in good standing with the professional board preferred.
- Minimum of five years clinical or care management experience; preferably experience with at risk youth.
- Good written verbal analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations.
- Able to work both independently and as a team.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age have a valid drivers license and proof of current auto insurance with no more than 5 points on your MVR.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
