About the role
KW Property Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Payment Services to oversee our Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in managing high-value transactions driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering exceptional client and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent Excel skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Lead and manage shared services operations across multiple functions (e.g. AP AR).
- Develop and implement a scalable service delivery model aligned with organizational growth and operational needs.
- Establish and monitor SLAs KPIs and performance metrics to ensure quality timeliness and cost-effectiveness.
- Partner with business units to ensure customer-centric service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Drive automation process standardization and system integration initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Lead change management efforts and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with outsourcing partners or nearshore/offshore teams ensuring alignment and performance.
- Support finance and operational reporting needs budgeting forecasting and compliance requirements.
- Build develop and mentor a high-performing shared services team.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data generate reports and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of payment service professionals promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of payment services.

- Tech-Savvy Financial Expert: Youre proficient with financial software and systems (e.g. ERP Excel financial modeling tools) leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Strong Communicator: You can clearly and confidently communicate complex financial data to stakeholders at all levels fostering cross-functional collaboration and informed decision-making.
- Proactive Leader: You are proactive in improving financial processes and leading a team continually seeking opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
Experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial management with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing AR and AP functions.
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing AR and AP functions preferably within the property management industry.
- Strong understanding of high-value transaction management and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage KPIs to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent client and customer service skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
