The role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Assistant to ensure all creative assets are delivered on time on brand and to the highest quality standards for on-air and digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized campaigns relevant to your territory working closely with Marketing Managers as well as internal teams in scheduling transmission and ingest.
- Your work will be central to channel production with responsibilities including:
- Conducting weekly versioning sessions to prepare materials for on-air online and print using Airtable and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Managing campaigns from by keeping track of deliveries ensuring deadlines are met and assets are quality checked
- Sourcing material not available in-house
- Securing legal clearance for promos in line with technical standards
- Collaborating closely with local marketing teams to deliver outstanding creative assets and support day-to-day marketing needs
- Coordinating with scheduling to ensure correct versions meet on-air dates
- Completing music reporting for ingested promos
- Implementing seasonal on-air looks
- Translating promo scripts and directing voiceover sessions
- Archiving promos and scripts for future use
- Overseeing housekeeping and admin for relevant channels
What were looking for
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and thats why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But in order to thrive in this role we do believe youll have at least some experience in the following:
- Proven experience in media production campaign management or broadcast media operations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Airtable and Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing/versioning tools)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and territories
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Fluency in English and Norwegian
- Ability to work independently problem-solve effectively and maintain organisation in a fast-paced environment
