In this key leadership role youll oversee the operations growth and performance of our Plumbing Departmentsupporting a team of skilled technicians while ensuring high-quality service for both residential and commercial customers.

What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Lead and manage day-to-day plumbing operations
- Hire train coach and hold your team accountable to performance goals
- Conduct weekly technician ride-alongs and monthly 1:1s with each team member
- Drive revenue and margin growth by managing job costs and technician productivity
- Maintain accurate forecasting job costing and departmental budgets
- Ensure technicians follow sales processes and offer good/better/best options
- Monitor and manage departmental KPIs (call board sales leads memberships A/R etc.)
- Resolve customer issues same-day and maintain a focus on client satisfaction
- Partner with dispatch customer service and branch leadership to improve workflow and results
- Oversee safety training and reporting ensuring a culture of safety and accountability
- Support recruitment and participate in interviews and team planning
- Review and approve invoices payroll and departmental expenses
- Maintain compliance with local business and employment laws
- Texas Master Plumber License (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a residential or commercial service environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue and operational goals
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and service best practices
- Ability to coach mentor and hold a team accountable to clear expectations
- Understanding of P&L job costing and departmental budgeting
- Solid computer skills (including use of tablets service software etc.)
- Clean driving record and background check as required by insurance
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills
