About the Role
As we continue to grow and expand globally were looking for a confident and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Bessemer Park this role youll collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners and the wider HR team to deliver comprehensive support across the full employee lifecycle. From recruitment and employee relations to development payroll talent management engagement and offboardingyoull be a key player in shaping our people experience.
Youll take ownership of first-line management for absence and ER casework offering expert guidance coaching and support to stakeholders. Were a hands-on close-knit team so this role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves engaging with colleagues on the shop floor and driving meaningful change every day.
Please note: This is a site-based role working five days a week at our Sheffield location.
About You
Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agile environment and brings a proactive solutions-focused mindset. Ideally youll come from a manufacturing FMCG or logistics background and be familiar with the pace and complexity of such settings.
Youll bring:
- 2 years experience as a HR Advisor
- Strong expertise in employee relations including disciplinary absence management and flexible working cases
- A collaborative approach and confidence in coaching and advising stakeholders
- CIPD Level 5 (preferred)
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Teams) and experience with HR systems
