Experience & Subject-Matter Expertise
6 years experience in project and/or program management preferably within Sales Finance or Revenue Operations functions.
Proven track record of driving organizational change at scale.
Deep experience with project management tools and approaches including agile waterfall etc.
Leadership & Execution
Ability to define strategic goals and drive execution across multiple functions and work streams with minimal supervision.
Mastery of project planning and resource management.
Adept at breaking down complex problems into manageable initiatives.
Comfortable managing ambiguity and dynamically adjusting plans.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communication and executive presence confident briefing senior stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical team members.
