Job Description

Strategic Vision & Process Transformation- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.- Define big picture goals for process transformation. Deliver operational impact across business units. - Act as a business product owner for both the technical and process solutions needed to support your strategic vision define the objectives requirements and roadmap for technical and process improvements. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration- Serve as a thought partner to leadership and business SMEs.- Secure partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to align on goals secure commitment and ensure program success.- Facilitate workshops retrospectives and alignment meetings to drive consensus and change adoption.- Work closely with technical teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.Program Execution & Delivery- Create execution plans with defined milestones timelines success metrics owners budgets dependencies and risks ensure initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.Performance Measurement- Define and report on success metrics.


  • Experience & Subject-Matter Expertise
  • 6 years experience in project and/or program management preferably within Sales Finance or Revenue Operations functions.
  • Proven track record of driving organizational change at scale.
  • Deep experience with project management tools and approaches including agile waterfall etc.
  • Leadership & Execution
  • Ability to define strategic goals and drive execution across multiple functions and work streams with minimal supervision.
  • Mastery of project planning and resource management.
  • Adept at breaking down complex problems into manageable initiatives.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and dynamically adjusting plans.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent communication and executive presence confident briefing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical team members.
  • Work Style
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
  • Ability to learn complex processes in a dynamic work environment on a steep learning curve.
  • Comfortable with global hours frequent international travel and in-person collaboration with local teams.


  • PMP PgMP or equivalent certification.
  • CI (Continuous Improvement)-certified (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) with a proven record of applying CI principles.
  • Exposure or interest in AI-enabled tools RPA (robotic process automation) or workflow automation platforms.
  • Understanding of Sales Finance concepts (contra revenue forecasting OPEX back margin headcount planning & programs OCOGS commissions etc).
