Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Develop an intimate understanding of the Safety industry in order to be an effective partner to hiring managers and to fill roles.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of vetted candidates with varying levels of qualifications and experience for assigned positions and geographies.
- Conduct specialized targeted recruiting efforts
- Utilize traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques to attractive active and passive job seekers
- Coordinate daily with Operations on projected sourcing needs.
- Prescreen candidates based on role qualifications and desired experience
- Utilize ATS (ICIMS) to manage and coordinate jobs and candidates
- Help coordinate and facilitate the on-boarding process when needed
- Assist with projects and tasks as directed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years of experience with high-volume full service recruiting or human resources that included recruiting as primary function
- Two (2) years of proven experience in a sales-oriented service role communicating directly with decision makers or influences
- Experience using a variety of current efficient and cost-effective sourcing techniques and systems
Qualifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work and/or military experience
- Construction industry knowledge and/or technical safety background
- One (1) year of work experience supporting a decentralized workforce
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Working knowledge of ICIMS and or other ATS systems
- Ability to operate in fast paced environment with changing priorities
- Aptitude for balancing many priorities and still meet deadline
- Must be able to portray a positive enthusiastic and energetic demeanor
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule and Location:
- This is a hybrid role with one day in our Corporate Office in Medford New Jersey and remote the rest of the week.
- Work schedule is generally 8am to 5pm
- Some periodic weekend or evening work is expected
