Job Description
We are looking for aproactive and results-oriented Recruiterto support high-volume hourly hiring at ourHuntersville NC headquarters. This is a3-month temporary assignment initiallyon-sitewith the potential to transition to ahybrid schedule. In this role youll play a key part in helping us meet immediate talent needs by identifying and hiring top hourly talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating meaningful employment connections.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with the HR Service Center on pre-employment requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience in full cycle high-volumehourly hiring.
- Experience in manufacturing distribution or similar industries.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Duration: 3 months w/potential for extension based on business demands
- Schedule: 8 hours daily 40 hours a week
- Compensation: $20-$25 per hour
