Servpro of Sarasota is seeking a highly organized customer-focused Office Manager to join our this role youll ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while providing excellent customer service as one of the first points of contact for our clients. This is a collaborative role focused on supporting the team and customers perfect for someone who is quick tech-savvy and enjoys keeping both customers and the office running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Customer Service: Answer phones respond to emails assist customers with questions and ensure all clients receive timely professional support.
Manage scheduling job documentation and invoicing processes.
Coordinate with field crews and management to keep projects on track.
Handle office operations including supplies vendor relations and recordkeeping.
Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding employee files and compliance tracking.
Provide reception support by greeting walk-in clients and directing inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in an office manager administrative or customer service role (experience in restoration construction or water mitigation is a plus).
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new software.
Experience with the DASH program preferred but not required.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
Dependable detail-oriented and a strong team player.
