Job Summary
AECOMs Enterprise Capabilities team is looking for a Finance Specialist (Reporting) to join our team in Madrid.
Here is what you will do:
- Supports the Finance team in the Month End Closing process.
- Manages project setups maintenance and invoicing.
- Responsible for performing analyses presentations and reports for department management under direct supervision.
- Produces regularly scheduled reports from multiple data sources. May be assigned analysis in support of organizations annual budget process expense/service fee/staffing forecasts or statistical reporting.
- Creates and monitor the workflow of Purchase Orders and supplier invoices.
Qualifications :
Heres what were looking for:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Intermediate English Level.
- Is able to analyze and present data for purpose of evaluation. Assists in other financial research projects and analyses of operational results.
- Demonstrates the ability to organize process and present information requiring good communication skills.
- Experience in accounting will be positively valued.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ADE Finance or similar university degrees.
