Job Description

Job Summary (List Format) for WebLogic Technical Lead:

- Lead the design deployment configuration tuning and support of Oracle WebLogic Server (11g 12c 14c) across development testing and production environments.
- Manage WebLogic domain architecture including admin servers managed servers node managers and clusters.
- Oversee and support application deployments (EAR WAR JAR) for Java EE applications in both standalone and clustered setups.
- Perform JVM tuning memory leak analysis thread dump analysis and performance optimization for WebLogic instances.
- Coordinate WebLogic patching upgrades and JDK migrations with minimal or zero downtime.
- Integrate WebLogic with Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) Apache load balancers and manage SSL certificates.
- Collaborate with application security and network teams on system hardening SSL/TLS and vulnerability remediation.
- Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis for critical middleware issues affecting availability and performance.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using shell scripting WLST or Ansible (preferred).
- Support and participate in disaster recovery (DR) planning setup and drills for middleware environments.
- Mentor junior team members and enforce best practices for configuration management change control and documentation.
- Contribute to middleware architectural decisions including modernization and migration to cloud-native platforms.
