Job Description

Title:EDI Business Analyst with Healthcare

Location-Los Angeles CA
Visa-Any

Job description:

What Youll Do:

Partner with business teams to define and document requirements for EDI-related initiatives.
Work across claims provider portal and customer service portal projects.
Translate business needs into functional specs for technical teams.
Review EDI transactions (/271 etc.) for accuracy and compliance.
Support testing and validate solutions before go-live.

Qualifications:

5 years of Business Analyst experience in health care insurance working for a healthcare payor
Strong understanding of EDI (HIPAA 5010 X12)
Working experience with FACETS
Excellent communication skills with a business-first mindset.
Familiarity with multiple health plan operations beyond claims.
Agile/Scrum experience a plus.
Edifecs experience a plus
