Drive new business development and client acquisition in Australia.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting networking and social selling.
Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position tailored solutions.
Deliver presentations negotiate agreements and close deals.
Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
Proven track record in consultative B2B sales (IT services outsourcing or software development preferred).
Strong business development prospecting and pipeline management skills.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Highly motivated resilient and results-oriented.
